HOW TO BOOK A SESSION?

WHEN THE SESSION STARTS AND ENDS?
The session starts based on your locked schedule, not when you step into the studio nor after you are done setting up. Prior to ending any session, make sure you allow time for doing rough mixes and backing up data to your storage medium.
HOW TO LOCK THE SESSION?
You should make FULL payment in advance to lock your session. Kalau jadwal yang kamu inginkan tidak segera di-lock, jadwal tersebut dapat beralih ke calon klien lain. Jadi, jangan sampai keduluan ya.
CAN I ASK FOR A ROUGH MIX?
You can ask our engineer to do rough mixes for your projects WITHIN THE SESSION. Sisihkan waktu sebelum sesi berakhir dan jangan ragu meminta rough mix kepada engineer bertugas.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
You can cancel your session anytime, but locked sessions are non-refundable. Tanpa terkecuali kondisi apapun.
I NEED MORE TIME FOR MY SESSION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can extend your session and will be charged by hourly rate if there is no other booking after your session. Dan, apabila engineer bertugas available pada waktu tersebut.

HOW TO BOOK A MIXING-MASTERING SERVICE?

Mixing-mastering sessions are to be scheduled only after we receive your payments. If you need an invoice for your sessions, feel free to let us know.
CAN I ASK FOR REVISIONS?
Sure!
Our rates include 3x free alternate mix versions or 3x revisions per mix, and Roemah Iponk Deliverables Data Pack (Instrumental, Minus One, and Mixed Stems).
Our rates do not include vocal pitch corrections. If you wish to have your vocal tracks edited, you only have to pay an additional charge of 500K/song (all vocals included).
I ACTUALLY DID A ROUGH MIX. SHOULD I SEND IT TO YOU?
It is always nice to have the artist/producer's mix or the rough mix as our reference. It will help us see the whole big picture or the initial vision of the song and translate the mix properly. If you have any, please feel free to send it along with your tracks.

Oh! And, by the way, our mix previews are going to be printed through our masterbus processing. However, if you plan to have your track mastered by another studio, please feel free to let us know. We will print the final mix without masterbus processing.|
It's always a good option to have your tracks mastered at a dedicated mastering house. Fresh ears and different monitoring systems will give more objective judgements in delivering your final master. If you need any recommendations, we can give you a contact number to our go-to mastering house.
WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL REVISIONS?
Additional revisions will be charged 350K/revision or by booking an attended or unattended session for 350K/hour.
Any alternate mix version (A Capella, Explicit / Non-Explicit versions, Radio Edits, Stems, etc.) will be counted as one revision.
If you book a session for revisions, you can have as many revisions as you need, as long as they all are done within the booking time. Hardware recalls, setup, and mix printing will be set up within the booking time.
HOW TO SUBMIT MY SONG FOR MIXING-MASTERING SERVICE?
Please send us a zipped folder containing your files (required file format: WAV 48kHz 24bit for each track submitted) through any of your preferred cloud storage services (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer, etc.) to our studio email.
Please do not forget to name the folder with the artist name and song title and name all the tracks properly to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
SOME TRACKS ARE GROUPED. AND PANNED. AND PROCESSED. IS IT OKAY?
For grouped tracks (e.g. backing vocals, guitars, etc.) that have been processed or panned to your preferences, it is totally okay to render the group and leave all the processes on. If we find any problems with that, we'll surely let you know.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK TO THE STUDIO?
Sorry, you can’t. But you still can enjoy your meals and beverages at our lounge or anywhere outside the studio.
Shall you have any kind of attended sessions at our studio, please keep in mind to maintain cleanliness and orderliness. All the general rules that apply on any attended recording sessions, also apply on attended mixing and mastering sessions.
OPERATIONAL HOURS?
Monday - Saturday 10.00 - 22.00. We are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.
WILL YOU KEEP & STORE MY DATA?
We will keep your session data for only a year and our system will automatically delete it shortly after. So, we highly recommend you to back it up to your own storage medium.
